Assets of the Kainan refining facility's oil refining department operations transferred to Kainan Petroleum Refining Co.,Ltd. (now ENEOS Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co.,Ltd.) an affiliate through the applied equity method.
Company changed over from oil refining operations to sales of oil products.

Mitsubishi Oil Co., Ltd. (now ENEOS Holdings, lnc.) provided capital investment; cooperation was started in the areas of distribution and sales.

Apr.

Financing was provided for Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd. (now ENEOS Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd.) making the company Fuji Kosan's affiliate, and commissioned production was begun.

Fujiyugyo Co., Ltd. (merged with Fuji Kosan in July 2006) of Sapporo City, Hokkaido and its subsidiary Fuji Rental Co., Ltd. (now, a consolidated subsidiary), also of Sapporo City, were made subsidiaries through the acquisition of stock.

2001
Apr.

Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd. (now ENEOS Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd.) ceased processing of crude oil and production of fuel oils and asphalt,to specialize in the manufacture of lubricating oil. Business tie-up with Fuji Kosan changed from commissioned production to purchase and sales of lubricant products.

2002
Jan.

FK Lube Net Co., Ltd. began sales centered on retailing of lubricating oils.

2004
Mar.

We have transferred our lubricating oil business to Nippon Oil Corporation (now ENEOS Holdings, Inc.)
Terminated consignment agreement with Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd. (now ENEOS Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd.) concerning the purchases and sales of lubricant oil.

Fuji Kosan's affiliation with Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd. (now ENEOS Wakayama Petroleum Refinery Co., Ltd.) dissolved.

Fuji Home Energy Co., Ltd. established by separating domestic fuel retail operations of Fujiyugyo Co., Ltd.

Fuji Kosan absorbed Fujiyugyo Co., Ltd. and FK Petroleum Sales Co., Ltd.

Fuji Kosan's Stock was voluntarily delisted from the Osaka Securities Exchange by delisting application.

Fuji Kosan absorbed FK Lube Net Co., Ltd.

Fuji Kosan built a mega-solar power plant in Kisarazu City, Chiba Prefecture, and started (mega-solar) power generation business.
